Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing relationships with online agencies to help expand their market presence, specially with Chinese and Asian OTA. 
- Support verifying offers, campaigns, production reports, and exclusive offers. Help analyze market trends and competitors to improve performance.
- Assist in generating follow-up reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams when onboarding new hotels and/or accounts.
- Monitor and report on hotel goals, reservations, and performance rates.
- Provide detailed weekly monthly and annual reports on hotel and channel performance.
- Manage and monitor daily online bookings to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 
- Review and process monthly invoices from OTAs.

Requirements
- University degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce / hospitality.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Excel (advanced skills a plus).
- Highly organized and adaptable.
- Based in Dubai or willingness to be relocated to Dubai (MUST).
