As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of RIU Hotels & Resorts, ensuring each guest's stay begins with a warm and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and delivering exceptional service to enhance the guest journey. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating memorable stays and embodying the hospitality values that RIU is known for.

💼 What You’ll Do

• ✨ Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• 💬 Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and care.
• 📊 Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
• 🚀 Upsell rooms and services to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue.
• 🤝 Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues promptly and effectively.
• 🧹 Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and operates in line with company standards.
• 🎉 Provide information about hotel facilities, activities, and local attractions.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• ✅ A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
• 🌟 Previous experience in a front office or similar role is preferred.
• 🚀 Strong multitasking abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
• 💬 Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.
• 📚 Familiarity with hotel management systems and processes is advantageous.
