π Role Overview
Join our culinary team as a Chef de Partie and play a crucial role in creating delightful dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for your designated kitchen station, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
- π½οΈ Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production.
- π¨βπ³ Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative menu items and specials.
- π₯ Prepare and present dishes to maintain the standards and quality of the restaurant.
- π₯ Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- π¦ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in food storage and preparation.
- π οΈ Assist in managing kitchen inventory and communicating supply needs.
- π½οΈ Maintain a clean and organized workstation during food preparation and service.
βοΈ Qualifications & Experience
- β Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- π Culinary certification or degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- π Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
- π§βπ€βπ§ Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- π¨βπ³ Passionate about culinary arts and eager to develop new recipes and techniques.
