π Role Overview
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, assisting in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will support in managing your assigned kitchen station, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest quality and efficiency.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
- π³ Assist in overseeing a specific section of the kitchen under the guidance of the Chef de Partie.
- π₯ Collaborate with senior chefs to create innovative and appealing menu items.
- π½οΈ Ensure all food preparation meets the restaurantβs standards in presentation and quality.
- π©βπ³ Help train junior staff, sharing knowledge and skills for their development.
- π§Ό Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in all kitchen operations.
- π Manage inventory and communicate supply needs with the Chef de Partie.
- πͺ Maintain an organized and clean workspace at all times during service.
βοΈ Qualifications & Skills
- β Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment.
- π Culinary certification or relevant degree preferred but not required.
- π³ Good understanding of various cooking techniques and culinary equipment.
- π§βπ€βπ§ Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take direction and contribute to a harmonious kitchen environment.
