🔎 About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Junior Receptionist. You will play a vital role in in the Front Office Department delivering exceptional guest experiences. 

💼 What You’ll Do

• ✨ Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone or in-person.
• 🌱 Assist clients with inquiries and provide basic information regarding services or products.
• ✨  Attends to every guest requests the best way possible
• 🌟Prepare and organize client documentation and ensure all files are up-to-date.
• 🤝 Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and services to clients.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• ✅ Excellent communication skills; English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• 🌟 Bachelor's degree/diploma or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 🚀 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
