🔎 About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a H&S Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for both our guests and staff. You’ll leverage your expertise in Health & Safety to contribute to our commitment to operational excellence and innovation.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Develop, review, and amend occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions and risk assessments to ensure policy implementation and employee awareness.
• Identify and implement preventive measures for workplace health hazards, and investigate issues as needed.
• Provide necessary cooperation and documentation for Workplace Safety and Health and Health and Safety Inspectors.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of Level 3 MQA qualification or equivalent certification. 
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.  
• Experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
