This is an exciting opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Pastry Chef, where you will showcase your culinary creativity and expertise in crafting delicious desserts and baked goods that delight our guests.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Plan, prepare, and execute a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Develop innovative recipes and seasonal menus to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Maintain inventory levels, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients.
• Train and guide the pastry team to uphold the highest culinary standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all pastry operations.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, specializing in Pastry or Baking.
• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a luxury or high-volume kitchen.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for the art of pastry-making.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and develop the pastry team.
