This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Bell Boy. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring seamless assistance with luggage and transportation needs. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to creating an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Luggage handling upon arrival and departure of guests.
• Ensure the timely and efficient transportation of guest luggage.
• Provide buggy transportation services within the resort premises.
• Offer assistance and guidance to guests regarding hotel services.
• Maintain the Buggies, lobby and entrance areas in a clean and welcoming condition.
• Support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service.
  

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Ability to drive a buggy and transport guests safely.
• Flexible to work during odd hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Active and physically fit to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Ability to work on a shift basis in a dynamic environment
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Dhivehi language.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a high-standard service experience.
