🔎 About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Junior Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will support the bar team in delivering outstanding beverage service, crafting creative drinks, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests that aligns with RIU’s high standards of hospitality.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Assist in preparing and serving beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and engaging approach.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in stock control, inventory management, and replenishment of supplies.
• Learn and apply mixology techniques to enhance the bar’s offerings.
• Work closely with the team to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
• A passion for beverages, mixology, and guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the F&B department.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
