🔎 About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the laundry department, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and an exceptional guest experience. 💼 What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring quality standards and timely service.
• Oversee the cleaning, care, and maintenance of linens, uniforms, and other textiles in line with RIU’s standards.
• Manage the laundry team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and ensure the efficient use of materials and resources.
• Ensure that all laundry procedures comply with hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Handle guest laundry requests and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a laundry or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other departments.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle a fast-paced environment.
