As a Senior Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for leadership, and luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Bar Operations & Service Excellence – Manage the daily operations of all bars, ensuring smooth and efficient service that meets RIU’s high standards.
✅ Beverage & Menu Management – Develop innovative drink menus, maintain quality standards, and introduce trending cocktails to enhance guest experience.
✅ Financial & Cost Control – Oversee budgets, control beverage costs, monitor inventory, and maximize profitability.
✅ Team Leadership & Training – Recruit, train, and mentor a team of bartenders and bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
✅ Guest Satisfaction – Ensure outstanding customer service, handle guest feedback, and create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
✅ Compliance & Safety – Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations while ensuring responsible alcohol service.
✅ Event & Promotions Management – Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to organize themed nights, live entertainment, and special events.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience in bar management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔️ Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume operation
✔️ Fluent in Enlish, French or any other additional language will be a plus
