🔎 About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Commis III to join our Culinary team. In this role, you will support the kitchen team with food preparation, organization, and maintaining hygiene standards. If you are passionate about cooking and eager to grow your career in the kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!

💼 What You’ll Do

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring portions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items according to hygiene standards.
• Assist in plating and presenting dishes according to RIU’s culinary standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations and during busy service periods.
• Report any maintenance or food quality issues promptly.
