About the Sales Executive Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned markets. If you have a passion for hospitality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and outstanding communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Sales Executive Responsibilities and Key Tasks
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, corporate customers, and partners.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts according to company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and forecasting.
- Collaborate with hotel operations, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend travel industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote RIU Hotels & Resorts.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Continuously update product knowledge to communicate value and competitive advantages to clients.
Sales Executive Profile & Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management—preferably within the hospitality or travel sector.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as business needs require.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
