🔎 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Airport Representative to join our Sales team. As the first point of contact at the airport, you will represent the face of RIU—welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring smooth coordination between airport arrivals, transfers, and resort services. Your role is essential in shaping a positive first impression and supporting the sales function through exceptional service.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Guest Assistance and Welcoming: Greeting arriving guests, assisting with luggage, and providing initial information about resort facilities or transportation options.
- Passenger Handling: Assisting with check-in procedures, issuing boarding passes, weighing and handling baggage, and providing support to passengers with special needs or mobility issues.
- Information and Communication: Providing passengers with information on flight schedules, delays and airport regulations, and escalating issues to appropriate personnel like transport manager.
- Coordination and Logistics: Arranging transportation, coordinating with the transport team, and ensuring smooth transitions for arriving and departing guests.
- Information and Support: Providing information on flight schedules, baggage restrictions, and addressing passenger inquiries or issues like lost luggage or flight delays.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, and being reliable and adaptable.
✔️ What We’re Looking For
- A reliable team player with a cheerful, service-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Chinese, Russian) is an advantage.
- Passion for guest service and representing the brand with pride.
- Well-organized, adaptable, and able to handle busy airport operations calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use communication tools effectively.
- Previous experience in guest services, airport assistance, or tourism is a plus.
