🔎 About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a IT Support Officer, where you will play a key role in delivering the signature service and operational excellence that define RIU Sri Lanka.

In this role, you’ll thrive in a serene yet vibrant coastal setting, being part of a pioneering hotel that introduced the 24-Hour All-Inclusive concept to Asia.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot a variety of software and hardware issues, ensuring data security and system integrity.
• Play a key role in supporting our technological operations to ensure seamless guest and staff experience.
• Solve regional IT incidences logged in our corporate software "RIU Support".

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system administration. Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• A diploma in Computer Science or a related field. School leavers with a passion for IT are also encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the IT field is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and be part of a collaborative team
