🔎 About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be a crucial link between our resort and guests, tour operators, and travel agents — particularly catering to our valued Chinese-speaking clientele. Your role involves managing reservations, providing professional communication, supporting revenue generation, and ensuring smooth coordination with the operations team. Your expertise and attention to detail will help drive guest satisfaction and business success.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Handle all sales inquiries via phone and email promptly, accurately, and with warmth.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel structure, key personnel, services, and promotions.
• Attend to requests from guests, tour operators, and travel agents professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain and monitor bookings in the system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
• Ensure that special billing and credit arrangements are properly processed and documented.
• Keep track of system availability and booking capacity regularly.
• Actively upsell room categories and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Keep the Front Office team informed of special guest needs or arrangements.
• Stay current on all relevant systems and ensure compliance with SOPs and hotel policies.
• Identify and report any issues with rates or reservations to the supervisor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by showing reliability, adaptability, and professionalism at all times.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Native Chinese speaker with excellent fluency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, PMS systems, and other relevant tools.
• A team player with a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills.
• Passionate about service and capable of multi-tasking under pressure.
• Previous experience in hospitality sales or reservations is an added advantage.
