🔎 About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as Front Office Manager for our stunning twin properties - RIU Atoll & RIU Palace Maldives. In this role, you will be at the heart of guest engagement, supporting the seamless operation of the front office and buggy services. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and guest movement across the resort while delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. Unlike other resorts, this position does not involve direct handling of boats or airport teams, but effective coordination with those departments is essential.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Front Office, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest relations.
- Manage and coordinate buggy services to ensure efficient and timely guest transportation within the resort.
- Supervise, coach and develop front office team members, promoting a guest-centric and collaborative culture.
- Coordinate with other departments and external airport/transport teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Monitor front office performance and guest feedback to continually improve service quality.
- Support in preparing operational reports and managing departmental KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and service excellence guidelines.
✔️ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar managerial role within Front Office operations, preferably in a resort or hospitality-driven setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with front office systems and buggy or transportation operations in Maldives.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to guest satisfaction and team success.
