This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Pastry Chef De Partie, where you will play a key role in delivering the signature service and operational excellence that define RIU Dubai.

In this role, you’ll thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced city while being part of a pioneering hotel concept that stands out in the Middle East’s competitive hospitality market.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Assist the Head Pastry Chef in planning menus, developing new recipes, and managing pastry stock.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Ensure timely production of all pastry items, especially during peak service hours.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections to meet overall service requirements.
• Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a hotel, fine dining restaurant.
• A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
