🔎 About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Minibar Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring minibar services meet RIU’s high standards of quality, accuracy, and guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail and service-oriented mindset will directly contribute to an excellent in-room guest experience.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Refill, stock, and maintain minibars in guest rooms according to resort standards.

• Accurately record minibar consumption and ensure correct billing is processed.

• Check product quality, expiry dates, and presentation at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of minibar equipment and storage areas.

• Coordinate with Front Office and Finance teams regarding minibar charges and discrepancies.

• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.

• Handle minibar-related guest requests promptly and professionally.

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Minibar Attendant or in a similar Food & Beverage role within a hotel or resort.

• Basic knowledge of minibar operations, inventory control, and billing procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good time-management and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and under operational pressure.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to hygiene, safety, and RIU service standards.
