Location: RIU Atoll & RIU Palace, Dhaalu Atoll, Maldives

🔎 About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and guest-focused Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations during overnight hours, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests arriving late or requiring assistance during the night. You will play a key role in maintaining service standards while supporting the hotel’s night operations.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-in and early check-out processes.

• Support basic night audit tasks and prepare for the morning shift handover.

• Monitor the front desk and lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment.

• Handle guest concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

• Attend to any emergancies, cordinate with relavent department during night hours

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a front office or night audit/ receptionist role is an advantage.

• Fluency in English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts.

• A calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of hotel systems or front desk software is preferred.

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.
