🔎 About the Role

As an Entertainment Dancer, you will bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to memorable guest experiences through dance, live performances, and resort entertainment programs.

You will perform in shows, themed events, musical productions, and interactive activities while engaging with guests of all ages. This opportunity is ideal for a talented, outgoing, disciplined, and service-oriented performer who enjoys working in a multicultural resort environment and contributing to a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Perform in daily and evening entertainment programs, including dance shows, musical productions, theme nights, and special events.

• Learn, rehearse, and perform choreography according to production requirements and entertainment schedules.

• Participate in rehearsals, sound checks, costume fittings, technical run-throughs, and performance preparations.

• Engage with guests through interactive dance activities, pool programs, parties, parades, and resort events.

• Maintain high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout performances and guest interactions.

• Work closely with choreographers, performers, musicians, technicians, and the Entertainment team to deliver high-quality productions.

• Assist with preparing, organizing, and safely storing costumes, props, accessories, and performance equipment.

• Follow choreography, stage directions, music cues, costume requirements, and production standards consistently.

• Support the setup and breakdown of performance areas while helping maintain clean, organized, and safe entertainment spaces.

• Interact with guests in a friendly, respectful, and inclusive manner while representing RIU Hotels & Resorts professionally.

• Follow RIU service standards, grooming standards, health and safety procedures, and entertainment guidelines at all times.

• Remain flexible and support other entertainment activities or duties as assigned.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Professional dance training or previous experience performing in dance, musical theater, live entertainment, or resort shows is preferred.

• Strong dance technique, rhythm, stage presence, musicality, and performance ability.

• Ability to learn choreography quickly and perform consistently in rehearsals and live shows.

• Outgoing, energetic, creative, and guest-focused personality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Confidence performing and interacting with guests in a multicultural environment.

• Strong teamwork, discipline, reliability, and willingness to receive coaching and feedback.

• Physical stamina, flexibility, coordination, and ability to perform extended routines, including outdoor performances when required.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and special events.
