🔎 About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, creative, and responsible Kids Club Entertainer to provide engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for children staying at our resort. You will plan and lead age-appropriate activities, encourage participation, and create a welcoming environment that reflects RIU’s high standards of hospitality and guest service.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Kids Club Activities: Organize and lead fun, educational, and age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, sports, music, and recreational activities for children.

• Guest Engagement: Welcome children and families warmly, build positive relationships, and ensure guests receive attentive and professional service.

• Safety & Supervision: Supervise children at all times, follow established safety and security procedures, and maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly activity area.

• Activity Planning: Prepare daily activity schedules and adapt programs to suit different age groups, interests, abilities, and weather conditions.

• Entertainment Support: Participate in resort entertainment programs, themed events, family activities, and special celebrations as required.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Entertainment Department and other resort teams to deliver seamless family experiences.

• Equipment & Supplies: Use activity materials responsibly, report damaged equipment, and ensure supplies are available and properly stored.

• Communication: Maintain clear communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding activities, schedules, and any relevant concerns.

✔️ Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience working with children, in kids clubs, childcare, hospitality, recreation, education, or entertainment is preferred.

• Core Competencies: Energetic, creative, patient, responsible, approachable, and able to work effectively with children and families.

• Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of child supervision, health, safety, and hygiene practices.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with children, parents, and international guests.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and peak resort periods.

• Personal Presentation: Professional appearance, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.
