🔎 About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts and support the daily operations of our restaurant team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help deliver attentive, efficient service and memorable dining experiences while upholding the high standards that define RIU Turquoise & RIU Palace.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Supervise restaurant service and support the team throughout daily operations, ensuring guests receive warm, prompt, and professional attention.

• Coordinate staff assignments, section coverage, and service flow to help maintain an efficient and welcoming dining environment.

• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with care, resolving issues promptly and escalating them when appropriate.

• Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, presentation, and readiness, and ensure service practices follow hotel standards and food safety requirements.

• Communicate with kitchen and Food & Beverage colleagues to coordinate orders, service timing, and special guest requests.

• Assist with team briefings, onboarding, and coaching to support consistent service and a positive workplace.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations, with the ability to guide a team during busy service periods.

• Strong communication and guest-service skills, with a professional, approachable manner and a solutions-focused attitude.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to coordinate multiple service needs effectively.

• Knowledge of restaurant service standards, cleanliness practices, and food safety procedures.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
